💙🐣 MG Ranch Hatching Egg Policy 🐣💙

Please read our hatching egg policy carefully before purchasing eggs that will be shipped.

At MG Ranch, we take great care in maintaining healthy breeding stock and providing fresh hatching eggs that are collected, handled, and packaged as carefully as possible. However, because hatching eggs are living, fragile products, we cannot guarantee hatch rates once eggs leave our ranch.

Shipping can affect eggs in many different ways. Rough handling, delays, changing temperatures, pressure changes, detached or damaged air cells, and other conditions during transit may reduce an egg’s ability to hatch, even when the egg was fertile when it left our farm.

Incubation also plays a major role in hatch success. Every incubator, environment, and incubation method can vary. Temperature, humidity, turning practices, incubator calibration, storage time, and other factors may all affect the final hatch rate.

For these reasons:

• We do not guarantee a specific hatch rate on shipped hatching eggs.

• A fertile egg does not automatically guarantee a successful hatch, especially after shipping.

• We cannot guarantee that every egg will remain viable after going through the shipping process.

• Once eggs have been shipped, MG Ranch has no control over how the package is handled, how long it remains in transit, weather or temperature exposure, or how the eggs are stored and incubated after delivery.

• Because incubation causes changes inside the egg very quickly, fertility cannot always be accurately determined after incubation has begun.

• Refunds, credits, or replacement eggs will not be provided due to low hatch rates, eggs that fail to develop, or an unsuccessful hatch.

We routinely hatch eggs from our own breeding groups throughout the year for replacement stock and to monitor our breeding program. We also perform fertility checks before offering eggs for shipment so that we can feel confident our breeding groups are producing fertile eggs at the time they are being offered.

We want every customer to have a successful hatch and will always do our part by providing fresh eggs from healthy breeding stock and packaging them with care. At the same time, purchasing shipped hatching eggs comes with risks that are outside of our control.

By purchasing shipped hatching eggs from MG Ranch, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy and accept the risks associated with shipping and incubating hatching eggs.
